Our Litigation Team consists of:
Peter Stewart is Restons' Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and Executive Chairman. He joined Restons in 2019 and has been a qualified solicitor since 2004.
Peter holds a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford. During his career, he has held a range of roles across law and corporate finance, bringing both legal and commercial experience to his leadership of the firm.
Sarah-Louise Foxley is a solicitor and manager of Restons' Litigation Department. She has more than 10 years of litigation experience and has specialised in debt recovery since 2018.
Sarah-Louise obtained an LLB Honours Degree from Liverpool John Moore University and qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
Lauren Decrop is a Solicitor in Restons' Litigation Team. She joined Restons as an Administration Assistant in August 2017 before progressing into a paralegal role within the department.
Lauren obtained a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Edge Hill University in 2016. She completed the Level 3 CILEx Paralegal Apprenticeship in 2021, followed by the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship with the University of Law. Lauren qualified as a solicitor in February 2026.
Charlotte Bavington is a solicitor in Restons' Litigation Team and has seven years of experience in debt recovery.
Charlotte obtained an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Dundee in 2018 and qualified as a solicitor in 2025.
Hannah Bellfield is a Trainee Solicitor in Restons' Litigation Team. She joined Restons as a Legal Assistant in September 2021 before becoming a paralegal in June 2023.
She completed her law degree at Liverpool John Moores University in 2018, followed by a Master's in Legal Practice (LLM/LPC) in 2019.
